Before you write
For a bug report, include your device model, operating system, app version and what happened. A screenshot helps, but remove personal information first. Never send passwords, payment card details or verification codes.
Where can I download the game?
Public downloads are not available yet. Official store links will appear on our homepage when the game launches.
I’m testing the game and my progress is missing.
Current test builds save progress on your device. Avoid uninstalling the app or clearing its data while we investigate. Send us the app version and what happened before the save disappeared.
I have a question about a purchase.
Current development checkout can use simulated or store sandbox purchases. If you believe you were charged, contact us with the store name, product name and date. Do not email card details. We can help identify the purchase; refunds for store transactions follow the relevant store’s process.
How do I ask about privacy?
Email us with “Privacy” in the subject. Our website privacy notice describes this site. The game’s separate privacy notice will be published before its public release.
